Norma Woodwood/ward, who claims to be Ukip's candidate for Carmarthen East and Dinefwr, made a rare public appearance at the hustings held last night at Llandovery College.
Candidates answered a range of questions from the floor, with Norma reading hers from a Ukip pamphlet.
One of her vote winning policies would be to reduce the amount of money Wales gets from the Barnett formula, something which would reduce public spending beyond even George Osborne's wildest dreams.

Today's Western Mail sheds a little more light on the row over Ms Woodward's candidature. In addition to alleged financial er, irregularities were reports of 'inappropriate comments' made by Ms Woodward towards MP Mark Reckless and others.
However according to an unnamed friend, she's a "devout Christian, and always well behaved".
Ah, right.

Would I be right in assuming she's not local?
You appear shocked that anyone would question the amount of money Wales receives via Barnett. Why so?
Devolution allows the opportunity to re-evaluate many aspects of the 'England and Wales' relationship. Such opportunity exists on both sides of the border.
I suspect UKIP is advocating a policy that all political parties will adopt after the forthcoming election.
A devolved Wales has to answerable to its electorate.
I think you would be right, Jac.
Also in the same edition of the Western Mail is an article re: a Plaid councillor having to pay a Labour rival £50000 after a libel action was withdrawn. Your reticence to comment on this story is deafening !
Anon@19.20 The councillors you refer to are from Cardiff, and as you may have spotted, this blog concentrates almost entirely on Carmarthenshire.
But since you mention it, a Labour councillor published some derogatory remarks about a Plaid councillor who sued for libel and then dropped the case.
