Oh yeah?<br /><br />This equal oppos form asks (after details of name, post applied for etc) the applicant's sexual orientation - heterosexual/bisexual/lesbian/gay <br />and religion - including atheist/agnostic/humanist/no religion.<br /><br />In a council which is throwing vast amounts of money to an evangelical christian organisation, I cannot believe that answering those questions will not have any effect on an applicant's chances of getting a job. And are they really necessary? Why does anyone need to know if, for example, the council is employing xnumber of atheist lesbians?croesbleddynnoreply@blogger.com
