Simply go to a site such as Duedil and type in the name of the company.<br /><br />It is important to stress that there is nothing to suggest that the directors of these companies have done anything wrong. If they find that it is easy to tap the council for a few million quid for speculative deals, who can blame them?<br /><br />But you would expect the normal order of things to be:<br /><br />1. Conclude a deal.<br />2.
